From Rome, La Dolce Vita Orient Express travels north through the changing light of the Italian landscape, from the soft tones of Tuscany to the bright shores of Liguria. As the train reaches Portofino, the Mediterranean catches the light before Venice appears, reflected in its waterways and framed by its palaces. In Florence, the warm light reveals the city’s Renaissance architecture and masterpieces, before the journey turns south again, carrying the changing colours of the Italian countryside back towards Rome.

August 10 - 18, 2027

Setting sail from Rome, Orient Express Corinthian heads south into the Mediterranean, following a landscape transformed by the changing light of the Italian coast. From the soft, luminous shores of Ischia and the clear waters of Capri to the dramatic passage through the Strait of Messina, the journey continues towards Taormina and Syracuse, where the light takes on a warmer intensity. As the route turns north towards Dubrovnik, the colours shift once again, from the sunlit shores of Sicily to the deep blues of the Adriatic.
