Leaving Rome behind, La Dolce Vita Orient Express travels north through the Tuscan countryside towards the Ligurian coast. On board, lunch by three-Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck introduces the journey in true Italian style, before an afternoon in Portofino, where pastel façades, elegant terraces and the harbour meet the deep blue of the Mediterranean. Back on board, dinner, cocktails and live music set the rhythm of the evening as the train travels through the night towards Venice, arriving beneath the soft light of the morning.
